I'm so fucking sick of AMVs.
You could write your own series, write your own music, learn to draw OR you could just use other
people's hard-made shit and pretend you created OC.
And then pretty much all of them are barely two ticks away from "bunch of random clips".
Then /f/ makes a shitty LQ flv out of youtube's re-encode, which hopefully was made from a decent
raw but we can't even tell anymore.

Holy shit, i hate this song. This frivolous attitude toward intimacy is exactly what killed the
romantic movement. Modern society just threw everything we learned about love during the
renaissance out the window. The only aspect of that cultural shift that seems to have stuck is
this retarded idea that you can be an immature child and play with other peoples emotions. We, as
a whole, literally latched on to the most childish aspects of romanticism and instead of merging
it with traditional values we said fuck it and threw discipline to the dogs. Fuck, why can't
people be more reserved and collected in their demeanor. At least don't put on some half-assed
facade on and pretend to care about the feelings of the topic of your fleeting fancy. Human
beings are so selfish.

It's a song about a tsundere.
>I-it's not like I'm really into you
>I'm just pretending to be your date because it's convenient
>D-don't get the wrong idea, baka!

It seems to harbor a "free spirit" message when it comes to attraction and intimacy between two
people. I fundamentally disagree with this. I also dislike how most anime approach romance as
well if you find that relevant.

>It seems to harbor a "free spirit" message when it comes to attraction and intimacy between two

I don't get that vibe from it. From the lyrics, it seems much more to me like somebody shy trying
to act friendly but disinterested even when it's obvious to most everybody that there's more to
things then that. I don't disagree with your evaluation of the things you're talking about, I
just don't see them in the song.

Well, my reasoning is that the lyrics explicitly state the singer thinks the man in question is
"cute". And that she's flattered by his advances. She seems too confident, too "Western" almost,
for it to be the equivalent of a tsundere. There is no denial in her presentation, she just
doesn't give a fuck about what the guy feels. She just wants what she wants and if that fucks
with his emotions she'll just blow it off by leaving and saying "hello" to a new man and a new
party. A "free spirited" sentiment at it's core.

I only see references to one, single man which she's glued to here. She doesn't care if he
doesn't have anything good to talk about, she's just enjoying being around him.
I can see where you're getting your opinion from, I just don't agree with your interpretation of
the situation described by the lyrics.

She's literally telling him "i just came to say hello". "This is kind of fun but i just came for
the party". And we can deduce that she is also trying to communicate, "you should know i'm going
to leave you before this even starts". She's preparing to eviscerate him and the whole motive to
telling him this is so his masculinity will keep him from causing a scene and subsequently save
her from having to feel embarrassed or having to defend herself.
Of course this is all my interpretation and i'm sure no small part of it was influenced by my own
personal experiences.

I'm just not getting the same image from the song. She's giving all sorts of little
justifications, and downplaying what she's doing, but the fact remains that she specifically went
out of the way to say hello to him and continues to linger around him. Actions speak louder than
words.
If that's not what you get from it, that's fine, but I did feel the need to comment since it very
sharply contrasts with what I see in it.
