As a Manager in a national chain, i can attest that this is honestly about 80% of all customer
returns with people who have problems. this is literally how most people act, knowing everything
about the product demanding their money back for our faulty product, when its a matter of one
button or switch (or, they didnt charge their cell phone and wonder why it will not turn on) i
get horribly sick of it but i still always act the same way kindly proving them wrong.
its sad, annoying, and id much rather people admit they dont know then being a knowit all, ill
help you either way

They could just be misguided people who were influenced to act like dickheads because they were
taught that it gets shit done. Some people are too passive and they get walked over, while the
person standing next to them with the same exact problem not only gets a resolution, but an extra
cherry on top. Of course some people are just massive cunts.

One of my co-workers had an alien-ware laptop that they claimed was broken. I bought it off them
