Every time you get beaten, you have 3 more points on this screen. Each stat can have a maximum of 10 points put into it. The bottom-most button progresses you. The next one is a shop. Just buy the top-left item; using it in battle restores 500 HP. Who knows what the other stuff does...again, the bottom-most button progresses you. There's a choice, but the only effect I notice is that you move faster or slower based on how you answer. The bottom-most one makes you a little slower.

If you click undo again it'll go away though and you'll have to redo. Using this get all stats up to 20, buy all health pots. The red death slash will take you from 800 hp to 40-45 hp, but her attack meter will rise VERY slowly when she's charging it. But what do you get for beating her? Nothing, just click play, get your porn.

When you win properly you have to fuck her twice, then you get game over. This is possibly due to me being a terrible lay.

>> [_] Anon 1434465 Beat the game and got the sexin scene, apparently if you get 10 heals and the two 1000 priced items, theres additional clothing you can put on her. On the tactics on beating her, you must strip her naked, then proceed to lower her hp and constantly talk to her. Not sure on the options on what each chatting does, but make sure to get as much talking in as you can. 1st option is attack 2nd is additional special attacks 3rd is use items 4th is defend 5th is talk 6th is end turn early, which helps if you are slowed or hit with some magic shit that effects you. Managed to beat it after the 3rd try of failing to get the final scene.
