Never. >> [_] kowi 1584061 looks fun, I love this type of games... too bad MOON-FUCKING-RUNES >> [_] Anon 1584066 It's a small game, translating shouldn't be hard if somebody's capable of deciphering this pseudo-Greek junk. >> [_] Ghost !rAiNbOWjwU 1584085 that last level with the 3 caves is fucking impossible, wish I could understand some of the fucking upgrades and shit >> [_] Anon 1584139 this is the USA fag hag >> [_] Anon 1584156 fucking moonspeak, how does it work? >> [_] Anon 1584159 Your post was off by 2 chans. >> [_] Anon 1584161 Shortcut keys: Esc: Unselect Unit Ctrl: Next Wave Space: Level Up G: Class Change (Upper Option) B: Class Change (Lower Option) F1: Delete Selected Unit Shift: Place Multiple Units 1-9: Place Type of Unit (different units) A: Option Menu S: Grid On/Off D: Show Land Enemy Route F: Show Air Enemy Route Z: Pause X: Play C: x3 speed (click again for x6 speed) V: System Menu Q: Show fighters and fighter attack radius W: Show archers and archer attack radius E: Show mages and mage attack radius R: Show priests and priest attack radius >> [_] Anon 1584162 Main menu options: Original Map - 7 different maps, some have different modes. The flag and crown modes use "normal" units (swordsmen, archers, mages, priests). The II+ mode uses monsters. Load Game - Load a previously saved game. Create Custom Map - A map editor that lets you basically make your own map, including waves and such. # of enemy caves is on the "Make" page, which influences the # of caves on the "Map" cave. Import User Map - A user can provide a string of data which represents a map, and you can import it by pasting it here and clicking the button at the bottom. Options - Options are "Auto Save" On/Off, and Map Style Normal/Snow/Evening In-game: The left side of the screen contains your map. Monsters are 1 'square' large (check the grid button or press 'S' to see square sizes). The right side of the screen contains the general menu. The bottom left section contains the "next wave" information. >> [_] Anon 1584166 Right Side Frames: On the right side, the topmost frame describes what sort of game you're playing: Flag/Crown/II+, E or H for easy or hard, and then the map name. The next frame contains the gold and life that your base has. The next frame contains the unit types that are available for placement. Again, in flag/crown modes, there are 4. In II+ mode, there are 3 to begin, but you can unlock more later. The next frame down contains a list of upgrades or unit data. Upgrades: These are visible when no unit is selected. The first line of upgrades increase attack power by 8% for the given unit-type. (In order: Swordman, Archer, Mage) The second line of upgrades increase attack speed by 10% for the given unit-type. (In order: Swordman, Archer, Mage) The third line of upgrades increase attack range by 10% for the given unit-type, or 20% for Swordmen. (In order: Swordman, Archer, Mage) The fourth line of upgrades are distinct from the previous pattern. >> [_] Anon 1584167 The first option increases priest range by 10%, the second increases gold gained by 10%, and the 3rd allows you to place a single unit in the center of the castle to help defend. Unit Abilities: When selecting a unit, you see the following information: A unit portrait, type, and unit name. Lv is the unit's Level, from 1 to 6. EXP represents the amount of experience a unit has earned. When a unit gets close to leveling up, its # will turn red on the map. The sword represents attack strength. The swinging sword represents attack speed. The green circle represents the range of the units attack. The + represents a bonus ability. For all stats, higher is better. >> [_] Anon 1584168 Units can progress to level 5 as 'normal' units, or can specialize at level 3 and then advance to level 6. Here's a brief breakdown of units and abilities for the flag/crown modes. All units are single-target attacks unless stated otherwise: Swordsman: Attacks ground only. No special ability. Swordsman can become Guards and Warriors. Guard (Green, top upgrade): Slows the mob that it attacks. Warrior (Red, bottom upgrade): Attacks can splash. Archer: Attacks ground and air. No special ability. Archers can become Hunters and Rangers. Hunter (cyan, top upgrade): Gains an anti-air attack (bonus damage vs flying?) Rangers (purple, bottom upgrade): Gain a poison attack. >> [_] Anon 1584169 Mage: Attacks ground and air. No special ability. Mages can become Warlocks and Wizards. Warlocks (yellow, top upgrade): Gains "pumpkin bomb", a slow-moving splash damage attack. Wizards (purple, bottom upgrade): Gains "multi attack", can strike multiple units in range. Priests: Do not attack. Priests provide a % range boost for any unit in their aura. Priests can become Bishops and Sorcerers. Bishop (orange, top upgrade): Provides a % damage boost for any unit in their aura. Sorcerer (purple, bottom upgrade): Provides a % slow against any mob in their aura. >> [_] Anon 1584237 stage clear with 1 hp left on the final enemy of the final wave. ohh yeaah.
File[family_defense3.swf] - (214 KB) [_] [G] Anon 1474913 Defend your castle, if you can. >> [_] Anon 1474949 fucking translation would be nice >> [_] Anon 1474953 >># It's not very hard to play. >> [_] Anon 1474959 I can't (READ THAT BULLSHIT) >> [_] Anon 1474963 it's a pretty fun game and indeed easy to play, however a translation is always nice, as i dunno what the fuck those upgrades actually do. >> [_] Anon 1475010 not very hard to read. lrn2japanese >> [_] Anon 1475015 Goddamn moonspeak >> [_] Anon 1475017 ok i need english, I got 3 units down, and it won't let me put more. one archer one warrior one mage I have enough money, it just won't let me. >> [_] Anon 1475018 >># ok finally its letting my buy more...ok >> [_] Anon 1475024 i figured it all out, without japanese or translation one thing that took me ages to learn was that you could upgrade units into prestige classes after level3. costs money and seems to lower stats, but i assume there is benefit in the form of special abilities. Shield fighters slow the enemy on hit. >> [_] Anon 1475028 >># Shield fighters halt the enemy momentarily but only do a little more damage than a regular fighter. Axe fighters hit almost twice as hard as regular fighters, but attack 40% slower. Fireball mage hits a big area, but the attack moves VERY slowly. Wind mage doesn't hit as hard as normal mage but hits upwards of 5 or so targets at once. I cannot tell the fucking difference between the archer prestiges. Firey cross priest seems to increase damage output of nearby allies. Purple priest seems to drain the enemy's health when it walks in its range. Also Japan's become a bit of a shithole and on a worse decline than the US is, especially in the gaming industry. The only japanese companies for games that are making profit are generally aiming at the western audiences. >> [_] Anon 1475061 >># One of the archer does poison skill, the other one I don't know. >> [_] Anon 1475062 ENGLISH MOTHERFUCKER DO YOU SPEAK IT >> [_] Anon 1475093 >># Shield fighters also attack slow as all shit, which might fuck your your defensive line. What does the regular priest do, if anything? >> [_] Anon 1475113 hell yeah, beat the first 'stage' with 1 hp left in my castle unghhhhh~ |
