  I'm using this for synchronization:

  function onComplete(event:Event):void
  {
  SoundChannel(event.target).removeEventListener(event.type, onComplete);
  playSound();
  gotoAndPlay("First");
  }

  but it makes it click sometimes. What's the best alternative to gotoAndPlay()?
