  Uh, to be fair this isn't JUST autism. He has gutteral vocal formations which imply a prefrontal
  lobe developmental problem, probably down syndrome. In this particular case the child is probably
  both autistic and afflicted with another disorder as well, which explains both his
  subvocalizations and his hand flapping.
