There's no helping it; most of the comments go to flashes that already have a lot of comments,
and the only way to get comments in the first place is to make people mad. Reposts and forced
memes make people, so most of the activity on /f/ is in the form of bitching about Potato
Knishes, ponies, and gay porn.
The moral of the story is, if you like it, save it. If you really like it, post it again sometime
and pass it on to others. That's what /f/ is for. It doesn't have to be a pissing contest to see
who can be more mad.

I thought it was a cool short film, but I had no good comments to provide.
Why were there two of her?
What sort of message could Satoshi have been trying to convey?
Did he make it just for the hell of it?
Discuss.

It's like the superposition of all the instances of her daily ritual.
Like, the "ghost" images are just sort of the afterimage of what she did yesterday, or the day
before, or whenever. I think he knew that 60 seconds was too short to have any kind of "plot," so
the only effective thing he could do was appeal to a universal experience--the daily ritual.
Like, at the beginning there's only one image as she's getting out of bed, and then gradually the
various routes through the morning begin to diverge (does she spend an extra second watching TV?
Does she stay in the shower a little longer? etc.), and then they all finally come together when
she washes her face. That's when she says "Good Morning," and the day has begun.

I explained that here >>2212727
Basically, I've dug up some old technology that was meant to be the successor to the original way
that flash stored videos in swfs, but there isn't much support for working with it today, because
it was quickly replaced with the modern way of storing a higher quality mp4-like video outside of
the swf itself.
The method I've used here is cumbersome and hackish, but it (supposedly) works on all versions
flashplayer 8+. I've just about got it down to a science though now, so any video flashes I post
in the future will certainly be using VP6.

She's too damn pretty for this film's own good. This is supposed to be something approaching a
realistic, crappy morning, and the apartment is a mess, so why is she a supermodel waking up with
nice hair, and perfect mascara and lipstick? It's distracting.

just like a britfag to drag ponies into an anime discussion.
Honestly, all you people who scoff at people who try and understand what they're watching and
form their own theories and opinions must've failed their highschool English class, because the
entire purpose of the arts and having discussions about art is to convey and comprehend a message.
What is /f/ for if you aren't going to discuss the actual post?

It's just funny to see delusional people who are completely oblivious to their infantile tastes
and their simple minds, thinking they are discussing over even slightly deep subjects.
This is also literally every ponyfags defense, that actually the cartoon is very informative and
quality, and whoever doesn't like it, simply doesn't get it.

I'm not saying it's wrong to dislike it; I'm saying bothering to argue with someone over
something they like is completely pointless.
They will never learn.
They won't be swayed by 'valid' arguments.
It's nothing but 100% bait to try and make them see otherwise.
And to be honest, I'm not sure why you'd care about their tastes. They stay in their own little
threads and boards and you don't HAVE to interact with them in the slightest, so let them keep
their tastes to themselves and you can keep your 'superior' tastes and perceptions of reality in
your own threads.

I like to slap truth across peoples faces. Infact I didn't say anything bad about the animation.
I only compared the similarities of ponyfags and people who like this. If anybody gets offended,
that means they really think they are better then other people who gets entertained by cartoons.
And I'm not sorry for any of this, because it's nothing but the truth.
