In all honesty i can't speculate whether that could have either been an actual kid's show made long ago, or a moderately recent project making it seem old intentionally, but it does look old. The old one would only make sense if it weren't a joke, humor and wit in line with this logic in modern media and art only came around recently. If it were made in the 80's or so, it would have to have been produced/choreographed by people who were high as shit and thought they were making these cosmic connections to the number pi, and were going to educate the fucking world about it. Alternatively, if it were more a joke and made recently, it would make more sense. But it seriously looks old. My vote goes for a real video made for kids.
