Start slow, and use the former grain fields for soy ONLY they won't regenerate from cattle and you won't keep losing money if you just leave soy fields there with the cistern full. Ignore the warnings from groups, unless retail is at full capacity, you can't afford corrupting anyone, start with children ad campaign and add the disney one once you start making a profit month to month.
