Most likely the .swf was converted from the .flv. Even though .flv sucks, every time you convert
you lose something.
I doubt there's a better version of the video out there since Nicovideo is usually the first
place Miku vids are uploaded, and they run at 512x384. YouTube has 480x360 as their best (unless
it was made in HD).

i just uploaded the original swf.
miracle paint was made as a flash. the version on nico is converted from that flash.
original flash > nico > youtube > swf converted from nico/youtube.
