Not bad. The only improvements I could suggest is paying more attention to specific details like
making the face more appealing. The interface is amazing, though, great job with that -- very
smooth. Other than a lack of artistic skill (not really something you can directly avoid unless
you practice) this is a very solid flash animation.

clothes.

lines and line shading I could probably tell it was more of a ponytail.

i for one suck at shading with distinct lines, i like to smudge everything in photoshop to hide
that fact, but still, it's what this flash needs.
Perhaps the line tools would be too much work but if used properly and optimized properly it's
the best tool for fullscreen viewing as it will stay sharp, but it's pretty hard to make it work
well at both high and low resolutions.
The best thing about this is probably the animation, on par with some of the zone flashes.
