HOW TO MAKE THIS FILE WORK FROM YOUR HARD DRIVE
1. Save the file to where ever on your computer.
2. Update to the latest version of flash.
3. Go to http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager
04a.html
4. Click edit locations.
5. Click add location.
6. Click browse for files.
7. Browse to the downloaded vip.swf file.
8. ?????
9. PROFIT!
PROTIP: If you move the file to a different directory or rename it, you'll have to go through
this process again.
