  I'm not an actionscript programmer, but here's the gist of it.

  1. embed other flash files into one flash file

  2. create a structure of flash files that can be indexed into

  3. when the flash opens, randomly select an index to play from
  ie index = rand() % EMBEDDED_SWF_COUNT;
