You have to get your first bomb cluster to knock the very top of the frontmost tower off in such
a way that it hits the bottom of the tower with dudes in it with some kind of impact.
With the second tower off-center from the other tower bit knocking into it, your other 4 bomb
clusters can knock it over if you're good with aiming them.
