  save it, open it with IE, then press up. first box can be anything or empty, second box MUST be a
  number, then last box is the extension WITHOUT the .

  so for example
  File = Porn-05.jpg
  first box = Porn- (or porn- )
  second box = 05
  third box = jpg

  nother example
  Files = victims-of-forest-monster-1.swf and victims-of-forest-monster-2.swf
  first box = victims-of-forest-monster-
  second box = 1
  third box = swf
  then press next to goto the next swf

  you can also press multi to input the whole filename, like poster61228855_anonib.jpg (so you dont
  need the # at the end)

  so far, the only known files you can use (that i know of) are swf and jpg. nothing else will work
  as far as i know
