  Both. I was a stick animator for a while until I just quit, but I think it helps working with
  skeletons and basic and complex movements. The animation you showed is just that.

  Sometimes the simplicity of sticks bring out all the attention to detail in an animation.

  But that's a rare case.

  well i think they are pretty fun to watch, i dont go "wow, so cool" but they provide me with
  entertainment. especially when they are very well drawn stickmen like the ones in this flash
