you compiled vid in to flash to get better effects you need to use adobe flash CS4
cut off last few frames of his mouth moving and save as images, then create shapes of those
images create as much frames as you need to synchronize mouths with text so you can use same
frames as much as you like
this solution will make file smaller than usual vid so you could use bigger resolution and longer
part of hood song
you can also better synchronize black frames while he transforms if you wanted to make
transformation longer then better effect would be slowing it down a little bit
fitting in 8mb shouldn't be problem
