an obvious strategy for the third one is to make the criminal feel superior like he has
everything under control. That just causes him to hang up rather then to mock the person on the
other side, something he obviously wants to do.
I've run into a few of these games, where you got to talk your way out ofa ticket or some shit
like that, but it's always a poor example of reality at best.
