On level one shoot the girl when she is partially turned and about to freeze the frog.
On level four zoom in using space bar and shoot the girl through the window.

On Lvl 3 - Shoot while she spin's around. When it zooms and plays the song, shoot her red ribbon
and you'll be taken to a boss battle. The caution's are warnings of where she is going to attack,
keep dodging until she flies away from you revealing her sweet sweet nectar.
