You have to kill the monsters in the right place, so when they die, the lightning strikes the
girls clothes. If the yellow bar reaches the other end, the cloth falls apart. Later you can
unlock a vibrator, and some tentacles. And in the bgm section, there is another character, the
dark magican girl, who is a bit more difficult, because you have to aim for her hexagram.
