  Hello /f/.

  I am from the TIME 100 poll-rigging team and we urgently need the help of a proficient flash dev.

  We need a tiny flash applet that could request a URL and display a status message (whether or not
  you are banned from voting) based on the response (200 or 403). The problem we have with this URL
  is that it will prompt for a file download, so we need to do away with that should we want to use
  it in our voting pages:

  The second thing we need is for the flash object to fetch another URL (a voting URL) passed on
  from PHP, sending it to TIME with no referrer header or a fake one.

  TIME has banned voting URLs referred to from our website, so having a flash object acting as a
  middleman could do away with users having to use Firefox with RefControl or something similar.
