Sadly, that was Fallout 2, not Fallout 3. If you're on the PC, look for some mods. Technically,
you can go to Megaton (compass marker will lead you right to it) and pay the hooker in Moriarty's
for a "good time", but nothing graphic. The game's M, not AO.
