Did you try to see if you could run it under 32-bit mode? It's been some time since I last ran an
x96-64 OS, but I seem to recall XP-64 had a feature like that, I'm guessing Vista does too.

Took me awhile, but opened the windows sidebar 32 bit version under the x86 program file
directory and it seemed to work find after that. Thanks!
