You'd have to upload the subfolder files to dropbox or something, decompile the main swf and change the actionscript to import the dropbox files from public links. Problem with this is that you have to have a lot of patience because decompiling flashes always fucks something up. You should pray the only thing that breaks are graphics, which can be fixed pretty easily.
