I use sony vegas and use the options when I publish the files, can't remember if I would save it
as a wav or mp3, but i remember being able to get the size down pretty well.
Also I think if you redo this you could reverse the image, instead of making it reverse, have it
switch between the two when one of the zombies is in the foreground and when the muzzleflash
happens

Just took a look, I reduced file size by changing the audio template, I took a clip just now,
48,000 hz at 5mb down to 22,050 hz and 1.25mb without a huge drop in quality between the two, the
lower settings got me down to 300kb but it sounded like shit.
also was testing this on Yellowline.mp3 which is pretty heavy on the bass, might not work as well
with other songs, *shrug*
im already putting way too much effort into a response on /f/ but hey what the heck!
