She doesn't sing it soft enough.
I like her voice, but not the tone she's using (at least for this song), if that makes sense?

That's not at all a translation for Kami-Sama.

She won't be able to directly translate everything without it sound it weird. It could be that it
just doesn't rhyme well or something like that. I'm actually glad she does the "Ladee-dadee-daaa"
  part.

Proper translation is "Thank you God" and would fit the meter just as well. It was probably kept
out because the new singer didn't want it to sound like Christian music, as casually mentioning
God is different here than in Japan.

/f/ rules as per the rules page:
  /f/ - Flash
All uploaded files should be uniquely Japanese (pertain to Japanese culture). "Run of the mill"
content is to be had elsewhere.
Posting retail Flash files or Flash exploits is prohibited.
The tagging of uploaded files is mandatory. Improperly tagged items may be removed without
notice. Abuse of the tagging system may result in temporary ban.
If your file is to be tagged as "[?] Other", re-examine the first rule before submission

/f/ was actually started as one of the Japanese culture boards and it's technically against the
rules to post non-Japanese flashes. Of course, it's obviously not really enforced anymore, but
the fact that your anti-weeaboo shit is being posted in an otaku thread on an otaku board on an
otaku website suggests you're in the wrong place.

Kami-Sama can refer to a multitude of deities at once, major and minor alike.

God in English typically refers only to the Judeo-Christian God, singular. It's a big difference
that would totally change the cultural reference of the background phrase and would probably get
taken well out of context by average viewers unfamiliar with the source material.

But there are Japanese Christians, albeit a small minority. So it's entirely possible that she
  could do so.

Wooooah nigga. That wasn't anti-weaboo shit at all. But isn't this flash /technically/ Japanese
since it's actually about an anime even though it's in a different language than it originally
  was?

1/10. You're browsing on 4chan, a site originally dedicated to anime humor and Japanese-style BBS
systems. And you're not the first weaboo hater, won't be the last, and are only remarkable for
thinking it will ultimately be more than glanced at for more than a few moments while the rest of
us try to shoo you away.

  Must be Australian, summerfag detected.

Doesn't translate correctly either. It's a reference to "Thank you, whichever deity has blessed
me" which is technically the same sentiment as it owuld be in English sans the inescapable
  cultural background.

BTW, as someone not familiar with the VO for this (I think someone called her Nyanners?) I have
to say that it sounds remarkably well done and authentic. A quick skimming of the more or less
literal interpretation shows that the writer found a number of excellent ways to essentially
recreate the original sentiments, which is far more critical in this sort of work.
