At one point in my life I had a pet bird named Kira that was the sweetest thing I ever knew,
always rode around on my shoulder everywhere and would cry whenever I put her in her cage. One
day I fell asleep with her on my shoulder, and woke up wondering where she was. She cuddled up to
me on my side, and while I was sleeping I rolled over and crushed her and killed her. I've never
been so sad in my life. I miss that bird.
