Is there any way to make it slower? Other than just extend the layers duration in the time line,
like, for example, rescaling the time line itself, so what we now is 1 second, shows as 5?

I'm using an ancient version of flash, but when you have nothing selected, the Properties tab at
the bottom has a box where you can set the Frame Rate.
