*I don't intend this to be harsh or as a "I don't want you here" thing, but there are probably
hundreds of better places to seek for advice than 4chan.
Again this is not a "fuck off" as much as it's a "you are better off searching help somewhere

story board whatever you want to animate with a drawing of how each scene will look, preferably
with a recording made before hand.
then make a keyframe for each scene of the storyboard in flash, this being the pose the
characters or frame ends in, then draw backwards of the motion.
pretty much all you need for flash, can elaborate on other stuff if you're curious on how.
can save time on animating shit if you focus on small parts than animating a whole body, like for
instance if a character is talking, just focus on the head.
