is there any theme behind this? or did someone just make a game about a person eating another

I've heard a few stories. One is as simple as saying it's cancer.
Others saying it's a story of a twin that was born inside of his brother, but since he had no way
of nurturing himself(Aka the womb/umbi cord), he had to feed off of his brother in a negative way
in order to be born. Since males can't birth, he bursted out of him, more or less.
Pretty fucked.
