There's an option for english subtitles in the top right corner.
The story is the girl you're seeing was mortally wounded (You can see part of her skull was blown
open with her brain exposed) by a terrorist attack and she has this weird stuff going through her
imagination as she slowly succumbs to her wounds and eventually dies.
It's pretty depressing.
