I am pretty sure its still Fred animating both scenes.
The only thing I can point out is that the first feels like it has more 'intention' to it. The
second half feels kind like a 'ah god I gotta finish this eventually, so here you go' kinda feel
to it.
Its awesome that he completed it, but there is definitely a difference in quality between the two
halves.

No, Fred Perry animated the whole thing, it's just that there's a 3-4 year difference between the
first part and the second part. For an artist that can be a HUGE timeframe in terms of quality.
