This is such bullshit. Yes, it should be legal, but it makes people lazy, apathetic, anxious, and

Hey dum dum I animate stoned every fucking day and I work 12 hours a day. Infact some people even

Stoners can be perfectly ambitious and hard working.
I also know some people who are so fucking lazy I can't beleive they aren't stoners.
True though, that there are better times to get high than others - If I start a scene I oft can
get confused and anxious abuot the results when I am too stoned. Conversely when I am doing
mindless work such as inbetweens or coloring I like to be blazed to keep me locked in.
