It's surprisingly prevalent and somewhat understandable. Basically it started on WB, then spread
to Cartoon Network and every time you think it's ended they start it again and usually bump off a
good series to do so. It's also pretty damn subpar; not horrible, but certainly not good. But CN
keeps trying to make it happen, but just like Jaden Smith, Johnny Test is not going to happen.
