>> Anon 81126 pretty good but flawed in that it loops back to the beginning and stops, instead of looping the actual fucking scene. the character is from one piece. i think it was some kind of ghost lady? i think she appeared around when i stopped watching one piece, they really dragged out everything across multiple episodes that should have finished in one episode.

The girl, Perona, commands ghosts (which destroy your confidence/courage/self worth for a while if they touch you, making you an easy target) and her boss steals people's shadows (which he implants into corpses to reanimate them as his personal army). The bear is part zombie, part stuffed animal. It is Perona's slave and she abuses the shit out of the poor thing. A running gag is that she doesn't let it speak. At one point, three of the main characters hide inside of Bearsy, but he isn't allowed to speak up to warn his masters that he's been compromised by their enemy.
