For something to happen now someone has to take the project under his wing and become the dedicated coordinator, the one that gathers all the community-content and puts it all together into one flash. Otherwise the thing will never go anywhere and can't ever be finished, at best different versions will spawn with different content. I don't think anyone wants that.
