It's... well, it's a bit strange.
Watch the first episode - it's just 25 minutes. I can't words well enough to praise it as it
deserves, but it was a fantastic pack of action.
"Koto and her brothers are stuck in a strange city causing massive mayhem through the land called
Kyoto but not the Kyoto they are from", says MAL.
I tried writing something convincing here but I was not able. All I can offer is a suggestion to
watch the first episode. Dare I compare it to FLCL and Mawaru Penguindrum?

Art and music was nice, but the characters were pretty terrible. Especially the motivations that
caused the main plot. At least it looked nice. It's worth a watch and it's not too long.
