I use ClipConverter browser addon to rip videos from anywhere, and Freemake to convert.

Jumpy? It's the highest quality I could get it under while staying under 10 megs. Smooth 15 fps,
not jumpy at any point. Try running a program like CCleaner/rebooting your computer.
