I assumed this was made to be ironic; just a parody of pretentious assholes who think putting up
hilarious and/or disturbing shit like is deep like poetry or social commentary.

This is art in the same way that shitting on a canvas or displaying a jar of piss is art: it's
not. Just because someone calls it art does not make it art, especially when it's just them
trying to be edgy and largely making an ass of themselves.
Don't give such intellectually and creatively bankrupt people attention, as it merely encourages
them to do more of the same, such as Andres Serrano taking pictures of a crucifix in a jar of
urine and calling that art; some idiots picked up on it, gave him attention, and he made a career
out of pissing on things and taking edgy pictures of guns. Latest thing he did, other than buying
signs from homeless people for twenty bucks a pop, is using his shit as a painting medium.
Most people grow out of that before the age of one. This is the consequence you face when you
give attention to such fools.
