Some programs will no longer open for me (example: gaming emulators and volume controls) 2. Some already opened programs such as an internet browser will freeze indefinitely and cannot be forced close with task manager 3. Flashed based programs will no longer work and can cause my internet browsers to crash unless I have a flash based program already opened when this happens Now this appears to happen most of the time when I try to connect, other times my pc will act as normal. And as of another note, if left like this for a while, a bunch of csrss.exe programs open up.
