The problem is, they put more shading on the "breasts" than the faces, and they put more detail on their belly-buttons than their noses, so it feels like the animators are creeps who are more focused on drawing loli bodies than faces. If they had more detailed faces, it would balance out. The anime style of faces seems more suited to simplistic flash animation, and doesn't mesh well with the rest of the animation.
