>> [_] Anon 1723282 Holy fuck that was hard. Still beat it though with 2 seconds to spare. The trick is to run into the goombas and jump, while your clipping through them, so that you kill them on your way up. this makes it so that you don't have to smash them on your way down, and you can keep moving forward without slowing down. as for the tree, you can crouch stab him, along with the goomba to save time. It's hard to do, but possible if you don't stop moving.
