Download freemake video downloader and freemake video converter
Use the video downloader to DL youtube videos. When you download, you want to use a format that
will give you about 7-10 mb on the file prior to conversion.
Once the download is complete, add the video to the video converter. Highlight it, and click "to
swf". At the bottom right of the new window there will be an indicator for the file size of the
swf after it's converted (this is not always accurate, and I'm not sure why. Sometimes it's
correct, sometimes it's +-2 mb, etc. Trial and error). Click on this and set it to the minimum
value. You need the swf to be under 10 mb, so if your output size is over 10 mb, you need to
click on the blue "edit preset" button and lower the frame size/FPS/sound quality until you can
get your output size under 10 mb.

Video downloader ultimate for chrome, easiest way to rip from youtube. Aim for anything about 5-6
MB for the easiest time, otherwise bigger can be dealt with. Download Freemake Video Converter,
add video to it, optionally cut out shit you don't want, select convert to swf. You have a lower
limit on the size of the swf which is determined by Video resolution, quality, and content which
you can't do much about, and audio. Fuck with those, try not to get the audio below 128 until you
can have the video be 9-10 MB.
