It's not broken. You just have to click on the left side of the screen when it seems to get stuck
in an endless loop.

I have no idea what the fuck this is BUT I did figure out that if you load up three of the coins
in order then it works.
Instructions from what I've gathered:
>Click one of the coins
>Select one of the ones that have three faces from the bottom or right side
>Device thing preloads the coins for you
>Scroll over device until it highlights, then click
>Some circular thing pops up in the left corner, click that
>It then makes some musical noise and says something in moonspeak

I forgot to mention, if you want to change the coins out to hear different effects click the 3
coin icon after the sound plays and you reset the device.

What you choose seems to have a difference on the sound that plays. For instance, if you choose
the three red birds, you get a special soundbyte.

Close enough. It's Kamen Rider, which is basically "not-Power Rangers with one guy instead of 5
and he's a cyborg bugman/dude in power armor".

Generally all the combos are matching colors. Most of the medals can be mixed and matched (use
the yellow up/down arrows to swap medals)
The two combos on the right side (TaMaShii and BuraKaWani) and the purple medals (PuToTyra) can't
be mixed-and-matched.
From the main selection menu, the buttons along the bottom and the right side are all shortcuts
for the different combos.
Clicking the floating hand (the character Ankh) makes him give you a random set of medals to use.
(In the show he keeps close tabs on the medals, and tends to shout "Use these!" while throwing
them at the hero character.)
