I snooped around a bit and got dirt on what happened. The rider's name is Jake Brown, and the
fall (2007) banged him up pretty good (fractured wrist, fractured vertebrae, bruised liver,
bruised lung, ruptured spleen and a concussion).
He healed up, did the same event, and walked away with gold in 2009.
