Okay, I don't remember if that's one of them anymore but some screens have bonus areas where
enemies you've faced so far can all spawn. Those don't count towards the 3. Some others don't
either. If that's confusing, just think some places have 4 or more places you need to go. Gotta
crawl all the land and sea in this game anyway, for example all the companions you can find are
hidden in unmarked spots
