The film does kind of cut out a large portion of time. He could have been acting disruptively

Technically it could be interpreted as harassment if they're constantly in your face with their
hands, but it wouldn't be considered assault until actual physical contact is initiated.
What they were doing by blocking him with their bodies could be considered harassment and even
kidnapping if they don't allow him to move freely (which they were trying to do-- block him in to
a corner).
If the camera man were a camera WOMAN she would probably get away with a lot more-- the way the
legal system is structured would protect her from anyone entering anywhere near her personal
bubble without her consent and the cops would intervene.
Since the camera man was male they did not do anything when the radical activists were doing all
sorts of harassment.

I think everyone in this thread realizes that those marxists were absolutely retarded and acted

Ultimately, it was his right to sit quietly and film-- if those activists were serious about

been times when he shut off the camera. Either way, even if a cameraman selectively picks out
lengthy (albeit not seamless or complete) footage of a person's behavior in public, it should
never be THAT bad, ESPECIALLY when someone is representing a political ideology they believe in.
They were acting completely immature and rude towards the camera man. If he really is a prick to
them on their blog and online they could file a defamation suit or harassment charges, but since
they never have it seems like he's never done anything even remotely illegal.
That said, they should have just ignored him. It wouldn't be hard, since he was saying absolutely
