Not really, i'm just making an attempt to break away from it. >So why did you do it? Hurting yourself on the outside takes away the pain on the inside for a while, then you get addicted, dependant and tolerant (so you need to do it more and more). it's vety similar to drug abuse, and they often go hand in hand. /seriouslywhinyshit >> [_] Anonymous 08/23/14(Sat)13:11 No.2499541 >>2499539 I see. Or in other words it is something you may not realize it at the time but you made the decision(whether consciously or unconsciously) to remove your mind from the situation. Some would describe it as being able to see yourself in the situation but in a 3rd person view. (sorry for the lecture but it is one of the things i majored in) >> [_] Anonymous 08/23/14(Sat)13:45 No.2499576 >>2499572 sorry, my choice of words was kind of poor. i meant a surreal/disconnected feeling, like you said. as a mostly uneducated dropout, i'm not really sure what "majoring" even means, but i'd be interested to hear about it. >> [_] Anonymous 08/23/14(Sat)13:53 No.2499580 >>2499576 well calling yourself uneducated doesn't really help anything. If you think about it, you should consider yourself lucky (not saying you should repent or anything,)but the fact that you got any education at all surpasses about 1/3 of the eastern side of the world. As well as that you are able to use a computer and such says that you got enough education to comprehend enough to get you by. That's all that really matters. Anyways, aside from that majoring is simply a direction of education you can choose when you get to college. (I'm sure there are a lot of places out there that help out drop outs to further their education if you wanted it.) look up job corps. >> [_] Anonymous 08/23/14(Sat)14:02 No.2499586 >>2499580 What a sweet thing to say. thank you. >> [_] Anonymous 08/23/14(Sat)14:03 No.2499589 >>2499586 mhmm, just keep on living. As long as you can keep doing that and getting out into the world, there is always someone for you. |
