If memory severs correctly of my time stationed in Okinawa, the Japanese always called what we
called a "combo meal" a "set".
...and yes, McD's over there tastes exactly the same as over here. Same damn food.
As far as Japanese Fast food goes, though; I really miss MOS Burger. I always thought that place
was quite charming in its own way. Oh yeah, and they love A&W restaurants over there, too.
Nowhere near as many in its home country USA.
