uh im going to assume you mean you have windows
you also have to have java installed. if you have java installed something is wrong with your
path to javaw.exe
edit the "! run flvmaker" bat file (right click edit) and change "javaw" to the full path of
javaw.
on my machine that is:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin\javaw.exe"
remember to keep " and " around the path since there's a space in the path and if you dont use
quotation marks the program wont be found
